Pet stain and odor removal that actually works
Every pet owner knows the moment: the smell that won't leave, the spot that keeps coming back no matter how many store-bought sprays you empty onto it. That's because pet accidents don't stay on the surface. Urine soaks through carpet fibers into the pad underneath, where it crystallizes and releases odor every time humidity rises. Surface cleaning can't reach it, which is why the smell "comes back" on warm days.
Our pet treatment goes to the source. We treat affected areas with enzyme-based solutions that break down odor-causing compounds, then extract everything with hot water extraction that reaches the pad, not just the fibers. When urine has soaked through, we treat and extract down to the pad itself, because that's the only way the odor actually leaves. The result: the stain is gone, and the odor is gone because the cause is gone.
Safe for the pets who caused the mess
Everything we use is pet-safe and family-safe. Your dog or cat can be back on the carpet as soon as it dries, typically 4 to 8 hours depending on treatment depth and airflow. No harsh chemical smells, no residue on paws.
What we treat
Urine stains and odor (fresh and set-in), vomit and hairball stains, feces accidents, drool marks, and general "pet smell" in carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Old stains other cleaners gave up on are our specialty. Fresh accidents come out most completely, but our enzyme process breaks down even crystallized, set-in deposits. We assess honestly on-site and tell you what's achievable before we start.
Why Utah pet owners choose us
Dry winters mean windows stay shut for months, letting pet odors concentrate indoors. We've handled pet treatment in Utah homes since 1985, from Provo family rooms to Salt Lake apartments. Pricing is upfront: pet treatment starts at $40 per room, and we quote everything before work begins.
