Older homes in the Avenues, Yalecrest, and Sugar House often have wool or high pile carpet that cheap chains over-wet. We meter the water and rinse with softened water so it dries in hours and stays soft.

Do you clean apartments and condos downtown?+
Yes. Apartments and condos are priced by the room like any home, $45 per room with hallways at $30. Tell us the building and we will plan for parking and elevators.
How long until the carpet is dry?+
Usually a few hours. Salt Lake air is dry most of the year, and the extraction pulls most of the water out before we leave. Open a window or run a fan and it goes faster.
Can you get out inversion grime and road salt?+
Winter inversion dust and road salt both settle deep in carpet. We machine scrub the traffic lanes to lift it, then rinse with softened water so nothing sticky stays behind to attract the next round.
Is it safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. Everything we use is non toxic and safe for kids and pets, and there is a Green Seal certified option if anyone in the house has allergies.
